At Bizoso Consulta, we assist clients in obtaining GCMS (Global Case Management System) Notes from Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). While we strive to provide a seamless process, refunds may be issued under certain conditions if the department denies or fails to issue the requested notes.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds for GCMS Notes requests will be processed under the following circumstances:

If IRCC or CBSA rejects or refuses to process the GCMS Notes request for any reason, we will provide a full refund of the amount paid.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used during the original transaction.
✅ 2.2 Department Fails to Issue GCMS Notes (Applicable in Certain Cases)

If IRCC or CBSA fails to deliver the GCMS Notes and there is no clear reason provided, we will review the case and may offer a full or partial refund.

Refund eligibility in such cases depends on:

✔ The timeframe in which IRCC/CBSA fails to respond.
✔ The nature of the delay or issue.
❌ 2.3 No Refunds for Successfully Processed Applications

If the department issues the GCMS Notes within the standard processing timeframe, no refunds will be granted, even if the client no longer requires them.

Refunds will not be provided due to changes in personal circumstances or any reason unrelated to the department’s decision.

3.2 Processing Time

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

❌ If the client provides incorrect or incomplete information that leads to a processing failure.
❌ If the client changes their mind after the request has been submitted.
❌ If processing delays occur but IRCC/CBSA eventually releases the notes.
❌ If the request is still under processing and within the expected timeline.
